It was a superb hotel...great value. Rooms were large, kind size bed and comforter were like heaven, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to help, and the surroundings shouted "luxury". And, location in Umera was very convenient to shopping and trains....and, with the higher floors, it was very quiet---sort of an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Would recommend unconditionally.

Our romantic escape was made even more memorable by this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the elegant grandeur of the place. Fresh flowers everywhere and cleanliness were two major pluses. the location was perfect for exploring the city as there were plenty of shops, restaurants and train stations around. We especially enjoyed the spacious room that came with modern amenities. It was perfect for a romantic getaway.

The breakfast service which was a bit rigid and formal. It would have been nicer if they left a pot of coffee on the table for a more relaxing breakfast experience.

Arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted and our room wasn't ready until 3pm, but the spacious and clean room made up for it. The modern facilities and great views were a treat. I would recommend this hotel.

The bar/lounge area had a limited drinks menu. the staff was knowledgeable and happy to assist with recommendations.
